If you are new to BytaFont and you do not know what BytaFont is and how it works, please have a look at the overview before asking further questions.

We can’t do email support, because it’s not a good way to help out a lot of people. If you are having any trouble with BytaFont or fonts ported by iPhoneRuler.net, the best place to go is the support forum, where a number of people might be able to help you with your problem and others can learn from your troubles.

There is a good chance your question has been asked and answered before, but if you do not find the solution to your problem there, just create a new topic and specify:

• 1. your device and firmware
• 2. the version of BytaFont you are using and the repo where you got it
• 3. if you are not able to apply a specific font, let us know the name of the font you have downloaded and its source (iPhoneRuler.net or Cydia section, repo and version)
• 4. the detailed steps to reproduce your problem
• 5. any screenshot is appreciated, if you have something to show

Please, do not just write “it doesn’t work”: we won’t be able to help you.

Keep in mind that we always recommend to get the latest BytaFont version available on ModMyi repository, since newer versions are safer and improve the previous releases.
